Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Lucky Coins mobile application ("App," "Service"), you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

By tapping "Login / Register" or otherwise accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Description of Service

Lucky Coins is a mobile rewards application that allows users to earn virtual gold coins ("Coins") by completing designated tasks, including but not limited to:

• Play: Playing designated mobile games or web-based games through the in-app browser.
• Download: Downloading and installing partner applications.
• Visit: Visiting designated websites or web pages.

Earned Coins may be redeemed for real monetary value through our withdrawal feature, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 5. The availability, type, and reward value of tasks are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use Lucky Coins:

• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service, particularly for any withdrawal-related features.
• You must be legally permitted to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.
• You must have not been previously suspended or removed from Lucky Coins.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access most features of Lucky Coins, you must create an account by providing a username, account identifier (or email address), and a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, accumulate additional rewards, or exploit the system is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all earned Coins.

4.4 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, any unused Coin balance that does not meet the minimum withdrawal threshold will be forfeited.

5. Rewards, Coins & Withdrawals

5.1 Earning Coins

Coins are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value except where specifically redeemable through the withdrawal feature. Coins are earned by completing tasks as described in the App. Coin rewards for each task are displayed prior to task completion.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, add, or remove tasks and their associated Coin rewards at any time.
• Implement daily earning caps or other limitations to ensure fair use.
• Audit and verify task completions before crediting Coins.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

To withdraw earned Coins as monetary value, the following conditions apply:

• Your account must be verified and in good standing.
• Your Coin balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the App.
• You must have a valid bank card linked to your account.
• Withdrawals are subject to processing times and applicable fees as displayed at the time of the request.
• We reserve the right to hold, delay, or reverse withdrawals suspected of being fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

5.3 No Cash Value of Coins

Coins have no cash value except as redeemable through the official withdrawal feature within the App. Coins cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, traded, or exchanged for any other currency or service outside of the App.

5.4 Taxes

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on rewards or withdrawals received through Lucky Coins. We do not withhold or report taxes on your behalf unless required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all Coin balances, legal action where applicable, and being permanently banned from creating future accounts.

7. Third-Party Content & Links

The App may display tasks that link to third-party websites, games, or applications ("Third-Party Content"). When you access Third-Party Content, whether through the in-app browser (WebView) or an external browser, you acknowledge that:

• Lucky Coins does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Content.
• Third-party websites and applications have their own terms of service and privacy policies that govern your use of those services.
• Lucky Coins is not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from your interaction with Third-Party Content.
• Third parties may collect your personal data independently when you visit their services.

We use Firebase (Google LLC) and AppsFlyer for analytics and attribution. Your use of the App is also subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Lucky Coins App, including its design, graphics, text, code, logos, trademarks, and all associated content ("Content"), is owned by Lucky Coins and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or its Content without our prior written consent.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App.
• Use any Lucky Coins branding or trademarks without express written permission.
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any portion of the App.

8.3 User-Generated Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or content you submit to us (including via the in-app feedback feature) is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such feedback for any purpose.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.
• Warranties that defects will be corrected or that tasks will always be available.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUCKY COINS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Damages resulting from your reliance on information obtained through the App.
• Any matter beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App exceed the total amount of Coins you have successfully withdrawn in the past 12 months, converted to USD at the applicable exchange rate.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucky Coins and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately terminate.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Extended periods of inactivity.
• Discontinuation of the Service.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Any Coin balance that has not been withdrawn and does not meet the minimum withdrawal threshold will be forfeited. Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13 shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at the email address below. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

13.3 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

13.4 Exception

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a prominent notice within the App.
• For material changes, require you to re-accept the Terms before continuing to use the Service.

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and may request account deletion.
