📋 What Data We Hold About You
When you use Lucky Coins, we collect the following types of personal data. All data listed below will be permanently deleted upon a valid deletion request.

📱 How to Delete Your Data In-App
The fastest way to delete your personal data is directly within the Lucky Coins app. Follow the steps below:

1Open the App & Log InLaunch Lucky Coins and sign in to your account using your credentials.

2Go to Profile / User CenterTap the user icon on the bottom navigation bar to open your profile page.

3Find the "Delete Account" OptionScroll down in your profile settings to find the "Delete Account" or "Delete My Data" button, as shown in the screenshot below.

4Confirm DeletionRead the confirmation dialog carefully and confirm. This action is irreversible — all your data will be permanently removed within 7 business days.
⏱️ After your deletion request is confirmed, all personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 7 business days.
✉️ Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the in-app deletion feature (e.g., you have lost access to your account), you can request data deletion by emailing us:
⚠️ To process your request, please include your registered account name / email and registered username in your message so we can verify your identity.
⚠️ Important Notes Before Deleting
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. We cannot restore deleted accounts.
- Any unspent Coin balance that has not been withdrawn will be permanently forfeited.
- Any pending withdrawal requests must be completed before requesting deletion.
- Linked bank cards will be removed from our records immediately upon deletion.
- Transaction records required by law (e.g., financial compliance) may be retained for up to 3 years in anonymized form only.
